যা লাগবে

১. এডোব ফটোশপ সিএস
(আগের ভার্সন দিয়েও হবে, অন্তত ফটোশপ ভার্সন ৮!)।
২. আপনার ছবির একটা স্ক্যন করা / ডিজিটাল কপি।
1. যে ছবিটি থেকে পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবি বানবেন তা photoshop দিয়ে open করুন।



2. টুলবার থেকে ক্রপ সিলেক্ট করুন অথবা C চাপুন। এখন কার্সরটি এমন দেখাবে আর মেনুবারে নিচে একটি ক্রপ সিলেকশন বার দেখা যাবে।
3. এখানে Height: 50mm  Width: 40mm Resolution: 300 Pixels/inch ইনপুট করুন।



4. এবার কার্সরটিকে ছবির উপর এনে মাউসের Left Button ধরে রেখে প্রয়োজনীয় অংশ সিলেক্ট করে নিন। সিলেক্টেড অংশে সবদিকেই কমানো/বাড়ানো যাবে। সিলেক্টেড প্যনেলে কর্নার গুলোতে মাউস নিলেই বুঝতে পারবেন।



5. প্রয়োজনীয় ক্রপ সিলেকশন শেষে NumPad এর Enter চাপুন.যদি মনে করেন ক্রপ ঠিক মত হয় নাই, তাহলে Ctrl+Z চেপে আবার চেষ্টা করুন।
6. এ বার ছবিটির Background মুছে দিন। এ জন্য eraser tool select করতে হবে।



7. এবার background color এ ক্লিক করুন



এর পর color picker এ color এর নাম দিন #75c2f8




ok করুন এবং eraser tool ব্যবহার করে background delete শুরু করুন।



Delete শেষে ছবিটি এরকম হবে

8. এবার সেভ করার পালা। তার আগে ক্রপ করা ছবিটি ঠিকভাবে সাইজ হল কিনা দেখে নিন আরেকবার। Image>Image Size



9. এবার ফাইল সেভ করতে হবে JPEG ফরমেটে। সুতরাং Save As এ ক্লিক করে JPEG সিলেক্ট করে save চাপুন। একটা উইন্ডো আসবে। Image Quality 12 দিয়ে দেখুন। Baseline দিন Standard।

এবার ছবি গুলো সাজানোর পালাঃ


১ম ধাপ
৪ টি পাসপোর্ট সাইজ ছবির জন্য
১. নিচের লেখা গুলি হুবহু নোটপ্যাডে কপি পেস্ট করেন।

২. এবার ফাইলটা সেভ করেন 4pp in 3r.txt নামে।
৩. 4pp in 3r.txt ফাইলটা কপি করে, \Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Presets\Layouts ফোল্ডারে পেস্ট করেন।

যাদের পোর্টেবল ভার্সন…
আপনার ফটোশপ যেখানে রাখা ওই ফোল্ডারে Presets>Layouts নামে একটা নতুন ফোল্ডার খুলুন। অত:পর ওইখানে .txt ফাইলটি কপি পেস্ট করুন। পোর্টেবলেও হয়।
২য় ধাপ
১. এবার ফটোশপে আপনার আগে edit করে রাখা ছবির ফাইল ওপেন করুন।
২. প্রয়োজনীয় এডিট শেষ করেন। যেমন – ব্রাইট, কনট্রাস্ট, লেভেল, কালার, প্যাচের কাজ ইত্যাদি। তারপর Ctrl+A চেপে সম্পুর্ন ছবিটি select করুন এবং Ctrl+C চেপে copy কারুন।
৩. এবার Ctrl+N চাপুন। নতুন window তে  Height: 54mm  Width: 44mm লিখে ok করুন।



৪. নতুন window select রেখে Ctrl+V চাপুন। তাহলে দেখতে পাবেন আপনার ছবিটি paste হয়েছে এবং চারিদিকে সাদা Border দেখা যাবে।



৫. এবার Photoshop উইন্ডোতে File>Automate>Picture Package এখানে যান ।



Page size: 3.5 x 5 in আছে কিনা দেখেনিন। এবং ok press করুন। তাহলে নিচের ছবির মত দেখতে পারবেন

৬.এবার লাল রঙ select করে paint bucket tool টি দিয়ে চারটি ছবির মাঝে click কারুন।তাহলে এরকম হবে



৭. Save As এ ক্লিক করে JPEG সিলেক্ট করে save চাপুন। একটা উইন্ডো আসবে। Image Quality 12 দিয়ে দেখুন। Baseline দিন Standard।
এবার কাজ শেষ। ছবিটাকে lab থেকে 3R সাইজ print দিয়ে আনুন। তবে অনেক lab ই  print করতে চায় না। তারা কিছুতেই ১ কপি 3R size ছবি print করবে না। তাই আপনার ভাই, বোন,বউ,জামাই, জানটা, প্রাণটা সবার পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি print করে আনুন। ৪ থেকে ৫ কপি হলে print করবে। আমি নিজে মালিবাগের থেকে এই ধরনের ছবি প্রিন্ট করাই।
ছবি কাটার জন্যঃ
১.কাচের উপর রেখে স্টীলের স্কেল দিয়ে সঠিক স্থানে ধরে এন্টিকাটার দিয়ে টান দিন। দেখবেন কত সুন্দর কেটে গেছে ।
২. এত কিছু না থাকলে একটা বড় কাচি দিয়ে কেটে নিন।
আমার এই পদ্ধতি অনুসরন করলে যে সুবিধা আপনারা পাবেনঃ
১.  সস্তায় আপনারা পাসপোর্ট সাইজের ছবি প্রিন্ট করতে পারবেন।
২. ছবির পাশে পর্যাপ্ত Border থাকবে।
৩. ছবি সহজে কেটে আলাদা করতে পারবেন।
এই টিউনে সারা পেলে যে যে টিউন করার ইচ্ছা আছেঃ
১. কম খরচে stamp সাইজ ছবি প্রিন্ট করুন।

২. scanner ছাড়া ছবি থেকে ছবি print.
৩. photoshop এর টিউটোরিয়াল নিয়ে একটি চেইন টিউন।
সবার জন্য Adobe Photoshop 8.0 এর Portable version এর লিঙ্ক দিলাম।  এর সাইজ 40.1MB .

Free Database Software for IPO Application-Share Market

যারা শেয়ার ব্যবসার সাথে জড়িত, নিয়মিত IPO তে Apply করে তাদের জন্য কিছু একটা করা যায় কিনা। অনেকে আছেন যারা অনলাইনে ফর্ম পূরণ করে থাকে এতে করে নিজের এবং ব্যাংক ইনফরমেশন গুলো অন্যের কাছে থাকলে সমূহ বিপদের সম্ভাবনা থাকে। বার বার হাতে লিখে IPO Application Form পূরণ করাও অনেক কষ্টের ব্যাপার এবং হাতে ফর্ম গুলো লিখলে ভূল হতে পারে, সেই উদ্দেশ্য MS Access দিয়ে “IPO Form Generate” Database Software টি করা।

তাহলে শুরু করা যাক-
Settings:  যারা MS Office Access 2007 ব্যবহার করেন, তারা এখান থেকে  “IPO Form Generate”  Database Software টি Download করে নিতে পারেন। প্রথমে Double Click করে Open করার পর নিচের মত Warning message আসবে। তখন Open এ ক্লিক করে Open করবেন। Macro Enable করা থাকলে এই Warning message আসবে না ।



ডাটাবেসেMacro ব্যবকরার কারণে শুরুতে এই রকম ম্যাসেজ আসে। নিচের দেয়া বর্ণনা অনুযায়ী Macro Enable করলে শুরুতে আর কোন Warning message আসবেনা।

Click Office Button - Access Options - Trust centre - Trust centre settings




Click Macro Settings – Select Enable all macros (not…..run)



সবশেষে Ok তে Click করে বের হয়ে আসুন। পরবর্তীতে ডাটাবেসটি যতবারই ওপেন করবেন কোন ম্যাসেজ আসবেনা।
BO Information:  “IPO Form Generate”    Database টিতে Double Click করলে Bo information form টি আসবে-


Form এর Add Record এ ক্লিক করলে Empty form আসবে তখন ব্রোকারেজ হাউসের CDBL থেকে পাওয়া BO Acknowledge এর Information গুলো একে একে এন্ট্রি শেষে Save Record এ ক্লিক করে Save করতে হবে। আবার Edit করতে চাইলে ঐ রেকর্ডে গিয়ে যে ইনফরমেশনটা Edit করার দরকার Edit করে  Save Record এ ক্লিক করলে Save হয়ে যাবে।
বি:দ্র: BO ID তে প্রতিটি ঘরে Tab Key দিয়ে একটি মাত্র Numeric Number add করতে হবে।
Find Record:    BO Information ফর্ম এর Find Record এ ক্লিক করলে Find and Replace ইনপুটবক্স আসবে।



আপনি Find What এ যে ইনফরমেশনটা সার্চ করার দরকার সেইটা দিবেন এবং Match এ Any Part of Field সিলেক্ট করে দিয়ে Find Next এ ক্লিক করলে Database থেকে নিদির্ষ্ট ইনফরমেশনটা পেয়ে যাবেন।
Delete Record:              কোন একটা নিদির্ষ্ট রেকর্ড ডিলিট করতে চাইলে ঐ রেকর্ড এ গিয়ে Delete Record এ ক্লিক করলে মেসেজ বক্স আসবে তখন Yes বাটনে ক্লিক রেকর্ডটি ডিলিট হয়ে যাবে।
Add Company Details:  Add Company Details বাটনে ক্লিক করলে নিচের মত ফর্মটি আসবে।



এই ফর্মে শেয়ার ইস্যুয়ার কোম্পানীর Name, Address, Total Amount, Amount in words, Share Lot, Per Share Price and Premium টাইপ করতে হবে। Premium যদি থাকে ঐ Amount টাই টাইপ করতে হবে, না থাকলে Premium এর ঘরে 0.00 বসিয়ে দিতে হবে। এই ফর্মে শুধুমাত্র একটি ইস্যুয়ার কোম্পানীর রেকর্ড Add করতে হবে। পরবর্তীতে আরেকটা IPO আসলে বর্তমান ইনফরমেশন গুলো ডিলিট করে দিয়ে নতুন ইস্যুয়ার কোম্পানীর ইনফরমেশনগুলো টাইপ করতে হবে।
Preview Reports:  এখানে এন্ট্রি করা সব ইনফরমেশন গুলো এই রিপোর্ট ফরমেটে পাবেন যা স্টক মার্কেট রেগুলেটরিবডি দ্বারা  সরবরাহকৃত IPO আবেদন ফরমেট। এখান থেকে  Print Command (A4 সাইজ পেপারে) এর মাধ্যমে সবগুলো IPO আবেদন ফর্ম Print  দেয়া যাবে অথবা PDF (DoPdf Software মাধ্যমে) করে রাখা যাবে।



Print Reports:               যদি প্রিন্টার ইন্সটল করা থাকে Print কমান্ডের মাধ্যমে এন্ট্রিকৃত BO ডাটা  এবং ইস্যুয়ার কোম্পানীর ডাটা IPO আবেদন ফর্মে প্রিন্ট হতে থাকবে A4 সাইজ পেপারে।
PDF: doPDF v7(4MB)  সফটওয়ার টি এখান থেকে ডাউলোড করে ইনষ্টল করে নিন।
Preview Reports-এ থাকা অবস্থায় Print বাটনে ক্লিক করলে Print Option আসবে, এখানে ড্রপ্রডাউন লিষ্ট থেকে doPDF v7 সিলেক্ট করে দিতে হবে। Ok করলে PDF Save Option আসবে, তখন লোকেশনটা সিলেক্ট করে Ok করতে হবে। তখন সব গুলো রেকর্ড PDF ফরমেটে সেভ হয়ে যাবে। প্রিন্টার না থাকলে PDF ফাইলটা পেনড্রাইবে নিয়ে অন্যত্র প্রিন্ট করা যাবে।
